  • Our business hours are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the following business day.
  • POD products are processed upon ordering and may take about 2 to 7 days for processing.

Shipping Methods & Rates

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight of the items, and delivery location.
  • We offer various shipping methods, including Standard Shipping, Expedited Shipping, and Priority Shipping. The available options will be displayed during checkout.

Domestic Shipping

  • We offer domestic shipping within the United States.
  • Standard Shipping typically takes 3-8 business days, but delivery times may vary depending on your location.
  • Expedited Shipping typically takes 2-3 business days, and Priority Shipping is usually delivered within 1-2 business days.
  • Shipping is done via USPS, UPS  and tracking information will be provided once your order has been shipped.

International Shipping

  • We do offer international shipping to select countries.
  • Delivery times for international orders can vary but generally take 7-21 business days depending on the destination country.
  • International shipping fees and taxes (such as customs duties) may be imposed by your country’s customs office. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping fee.

Shipping Address

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for any delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect address details.
  • If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us within 24 hours to make any changes.

Shipping Delays

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Please note that it may take 24-48 hours for tracking information to update once the package is picked up by the carrier.

Packaging

  • All items are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. If your order is a gift, let us know, and we will provide gift wrapping for an additional fee.
